Hi, I'm Liang.

PHP developer based in Penang. I build custom web systems and websites for small and medium businesses — exactly how you work, not some generic template.

I've built complete business systems from scratch: POS, payroll with EPF & SOCSO, booking calendars, analytics dashboards. Every project gets full attention from first call to handover.

Pricing depends on what you need. A company website starts from RM 800, a booking system from RM 2,500, a POS system from RM 3,500, and a full business system from RM 6,000. I offer a free consultation first — once I understand your workflow, I'll give you a clear quote with no hidden costs.
A company website typically takes 1–2 weeks. A POS or booking system takes 3–5 weeks. A full business system with payroll, reports and multiple modules takes 6–10 weeks. Timeline is confirmed after scoping your requirements.
Yes. Once the project is paid and delivered, the code is fully yours. You can host it anywhere, modify it, or hand it to another developer. No lock-in.
Yes — I don't disappear after handover. I offer a monthly support plan from RM 200/month covering bug fixes, small updates, hosting support and monitoring. You can also reach me directly on WhatsApp for quick questions anytime.
Depends on how it was built. If it's standard PHP/MySQL, usually yes. Send me a WhatsApp with a brief description and I'll let you know if I can help and what it would cost.
Yes. Most of the process is done remotely — consultation via WhatsApp or video call, demos shared via link. I work with clients across Malaysia. Being in Penang is a bonus for local clients who prefer face-to-face, but it's not a requirement.
